A double kettlebell workout uses two bells of the same weight. You clean, press, squat, or jerk both at once. Total load goes up. Each side of the body has its own bell, so the work is even in a way a single-bell session is not.
These sessions are filmed with a matching pair. Most sessions include alternatives and progressions, so you can train one with a single kettlebell. The living room, garage, or garden still works. Clear floor space for the bells you use.
None of the TV Pass beginner sessions are tagged double. That is a catalog fact, not a rule about your body. If you are in your first month, use the free IKU Beginner Workout. APACHE, BERSERK, RAGE, IRON MAN, and COMA sit in the intermediate lane.
This hub names a few sessions. The rest of the 39 live in KETTLEBELL MONSTER™ and on TV (Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, Roku).
