Who Are We?

We are Cavemantraining, a kettlebell business that has been operating since 2004 running group sessions, personal training, video production, course creation, weight loss, author of online courses/certifications and books.

Who Is This For?

Our group and individual workouts are literally suitable for everyone. We include very detailed progressions and explanations in the technique videos which allows anyone to perform the exercise or choose one of the alternatives provided while working up to the exercise.

Our workouts are designed with smart programming. This could mean that some of the complex exercises are broken down and used in the warm-up, thus, easing you into the more complex work without you even noticing it.

We provide you with all the reading material that will you will ever need to truly understand kettlebell training. As part of our membership you will receive e-books covering the fundamentals of kettlebell training day one, and as you progress you will receive more books to build you up into a kettlebell PRO.

Should something ever be unclear or you want to know how to adjust something to your situation, you will always have access to our coaches and trainers to ask your question either in private or in the group.
