As a member, you will receive a new kettlebell workout each week. You will also receive digital copies of our highly popular kettlebell books currently sold on Amazon through drip content. The books will build you up from being completely new to kettlebell training to becoming a kettlebell expert performing all kettlebell exercises safely and effectively.

After joining, you will receive your first digital book right away, Kettlebell Training Fundamentals, this book will help you understand the most important aspects of kettlebell training. You receive immediate access to the week 1 workout which will usually contain most or all of the following:

You will receive a lot of content so that you can really dig deep into the workout, but because of the way we have split some of the content up, you will also be able to just turn the follow-along workout on and jump straight in if you know what you’re doing.

Smart Programming

In the above workout, the warm-up technique video is longer than the workout, this is because we included bodyweight movements of the exercises from the workout in the warm-up, i.e. smart programming and teaching through progression.


Build Your Own Kettlebell Workout Library

The longer you remain a member the more workouts you will have access to. Eventually, you will build your own library of workouts that you enjoy more than the others and you can create a program for yourself based on your goals, cardio, strength, power, endurance, flexibility, etc. You will have access to our coaches so you can ask questions.


Earn Certificates

Earn official Cavemantraining certificates by completing the workouts. Not only is a lot of fun to collect your certificates of completion, but each hard-earned certificate also demonstrates to the world that you have earned the right to call yourself a Caveman Athlete.

We have been running this concept for almost two years now, previously it was known as the Caveman Inner Circle, and we’ll still refer to it like that sometimes. The Caveman Inner Circle was previously only accessible via Facebook and since the go-live of this website we no longer need to rely on Facebook.


What’s Required?

To create your own gym at-home all you need is one kettlebell minimum and an internet connection. You don’t need anything else. The videos and content will be provided to you from this website.

  • Can I pay upfront?
    Yes, just select the quarterly or yearly option and then simply cancel your recurring subscription.
  • If I cancel my recurring subscription will changes happen right away?
    Nothing will change when you cancel your recurring subscription until the date that your subscription expires.
  • What happens when my subscription expires?
    You will retain access to what you have now but no longer receive any new content or support.
  • Can I get all the content for one year instead of drip content?
    You can purchase this product here.
  • Do I need to post videos of myself or interact?
    It is completely up to you whether you participate in the community that comes with your subscription or not. The more you interact the more you become part of something bigger than what’s happening in your living room.
